6.- Disclaimer of Warranties: HARDCORE does not provide any warranty, express or implied, regarding the suitability, safety, or performance of its activities, events, or services for a particular purpose.

7.- Acknowledgment and Acceptance: By using HARDCORE’s facilities, the client acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted the terms of this disclaimer clause. Participation in HARDCORE activities is done at the client’s own risk.
